Hey Apex, this is a bit technical isn't it?

Yeah it is, but we want you to know what rights you have and what rights we have - We are in a time when not everyone is above board and as you or I and as a small business, we want to be transparent with our customers

Apex will always do the best by our customers, and if anything is wrong we can sort it out together. However we want you to know we're above board and the below tells you want we do.

 

So overall we just want to be transparent with you

We really value our customers.

Privacy.

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • name

  • contact information

  • location

  • interactions with us

  • billing or purchase information

 

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • communicate with customers

  • warranty validation

  • Offer additional products or services

 

Besides our staff, we may share some of this information with:

  • credit reporting agency in order to collect unpaid amounts owed to Apex.

  • advertising agencies acting for Apex.

  • 3rd parties acting for Apex

 

Apex will NEVER Sell your information and will use any information we hold for business purposes related to Apex and it's related companies.

We keep your information safe by using 164 bit encryption.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at enquiry@askapex.co.nz.

Terms of Service and Payment.

Apex will complete all works as per quotations provided. If additional products or services are required we will advise you as early as practical and provide an updated quotation.

All products remain the property of Apex Clothesline Company until receipt of full payment

All products and service are completed on a Payment on Invoice conditions unless otherwise agreed prior to works being commenced.

Apex reserves the right to engage 3rd party collection agencies should invoices remain unpaid 15 working days post completion and invoicing of works, any costs associated with this action may be added to owed totals and become the responsibility of the customer.

Apex reserves the right to add late payment charges of $15.00 per follow up action taken to recover overdue invoices 14 days post due, unless otherwise agreed.

No Fuss Guarantee.

Apex offers our customers a No Fuss Guarantee on our products.

Should at anytime the products that we supply and install into your home and used for it's intended use develop a defect within the original manufacturers warranty period, we will exchange the defective product free of charge to you.
